Event Terms

1. Scope

These Event Terms apply to registrations, tickets, attendance and participation in Nusatera events, programmes and activities unless separate event-specific terms state otherwise.

2. Registration and tickets

Access to an event may require registration, a valid ticket, invitation, accreditation or another form of confirmation. Buyers and attendees are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with any eligibility or age requirements stated for the event.

3. Payment

Paid registrations or tickets may be processed through Nusatera’s available payment methods. Applicable prices, taxes, fees and material purchase conditions should be shown before confirmation.

4. Entry and identification

Attendees may be required to present a valid ticket, registration confirmation, identification or other evidence of eligibility where reasonably required for security, age restrictions, accreditation or controlled-access activities.

5. Programme and schedule changes

Speakers, exhibitors, performers, activities, venues, timings and programme details may change where reasonably necessary. Nusatera will communicate material changes through an appropriate channel where practicable.

6. Event cancellation or postponement

If Nusatera cancels or postpones an event, the applicable remedy will depend on the event type, ticket status, payment method, applicable law and event-specific terms. Any production event-specific cancellation or refund rule must be published before tickets are sold.

7. Attendee cancellation

Whether an attendee may cancel, transfer or obtain a refund for a registration depends on the event-specific terms and rights available under applicable law. Where no voluntary cancellation right is offered, this does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Conduct and safety

Attendees must follow lawful venue rules, safety instructions and reasonable directions from event staff. Nusatera may refuse entry or remove a person where reasonably necessary for safety, unlawful conduct, serious disruption, harassment, damage or material breach of event rules.

9. Prohibited items and restricted activities

Events may prohibit or restrict items, recording equipment, commercial activity, hazardous materials, alcohol, smoking or other conduct depending on venue, licensing, safety and event requirements. Event-specific restrictions should be communicated before or at entry where reasonably practicable.

10. Photography, video and recording

Nusatera may photograph, film or record public-facing event activity for documentation, editorial, security or promotional purposes where permitted by law. Event-specific notices should identify material recording practices and any available opt-out or restricted-zone arrangements where appropriate.

11. Personal belongings

Attendees remain responsible for personal belongings unless applicable law provides otherwise. Lost-property arrangements may vary by venue or event.

12. Accessibility and assistance

Nusatera aims to provide reasonable information about accessibility and event participation. Attendees who require assistance should contact Nusatera before the event where advance arrangements would materially help.

13. Exhibitors, sellers and partners

Exhibitors, marketplace sellers, sponsors, partners, contractors and other commercial participants may be subject to additional onboarding, operational or participation terms. Their relationship with attendees does not make them employees or agents of Nusatera unless expressly agreed otherwise.

14. Third-party venues and services

Events may rely on venues, ticketing providers, security contractors, logistics providers, payment services or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate operational terms, provided that this does not remove responsibilities that Nusatera cannot lawfully exclude.

15. Force majeure and circumstances beyond reasonable control

An event may be changed, interrupted or cancelled because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including safety concerns, severe weather, government action, venue unavailability, transport disruption or other significant operational events. Any resulting remedy will be handled under applicable law and the relevant event-specific terms.

16. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these Event Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
